1. Aims & Scope
This journal primarily publishes academic papers in the fields of natural sciences and engineering technology, with a particular focus on new theories, technologies, and achievements in aerospace and related industries. The journal currently has seven regular columns: Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical and Materials Engineering, Information Science and Engineering, Management Science and Engineering, Civil Aviation and Safety Engineering, Energy and Environment Engineering, and Fundamental Science and Engineering.
2. All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's website. Please click on the "Submission" module and log in to the submission system to submit your manuscripts. First-time authors need to complete the registration process prior to submission.
3. Authors should carefully read the Guide to Authors and the Copyright Transfer Agreement & Author Declaration Form before submitting their manuscripts.
4. Authors should ensure that submitted manuscripts are legitimate and free of plagiarism, infringement, or other misconduct.
5. Manuscripts should be formatted in Microsoft Word. Please avoid multiple registrations and uploads of the same manuscript.
6. Manuscripts must not be submitted to multiple journals simultaneously. The review period of the journal is generally three months. If authors do not receive feedback from the editorial department within three months of receiving the journal's acknowledgment of receipt, they may submit the manuscript elsewhere while notifying the editorial department.
7. Authors can check the status of their manuscripts through the journal's website by clicking on the "Submission" module.

10. For authors not affiliated with Shenyang Aerospace University: Please download and print the Confidentiality Review Form (click to download the Confidentiality Review Form), and have this form stamped by the confidentiality department of your institutions. If there is no confidentiality department, the form should be stamped by the first-level administrative unit. Then upload the photo of this form to the submission system, noting that black-and-white copies of the form will not be accepted.
For authors affiliated with Shenyang Aerospace University: If there are authors involved in classified research, you must download and complete the Confidentiality Review Form for Scientific and Technological Papers of Shenyang Aerospace University. Then download the Confidentiality Review Form and have it stamped by the university's Confidentiality Office. If no author is involved in classified research, please download and complete the Confidentiality Review Form for Scientific and Technological Papers of Shenyang Aerospace University. Then download the Confidentiality Review Form and have it stamped by the second-level colleges.
11. Publication Fee
The publication fee is CNY 200 per page. Authors are encouraged to keep the length of their manuscripts to a minimum.
The remuneration for manuscripts (including copyright transfer fees) is offset against review fees. Therefore, the journal neither provides additional payments to authors nor charges review or other fees.
12. Publication Fee Reduction
If the manuscript is funded by a national-level project (e.g., National Natural Science Foundation, 863 Program, 973 Program, Science and Technology Support Program, major national projects, subprojects of 863/973 programs, projects of General Armament Department, or projects of National Defense Science and Technology Bureau) and the first author is the principal investigator of the project, the publication fee will be waived. The first author must upload the relevant supporting documents at the time of submission. If the first author is among the top three contributors to the project, the publication fee will be reduced to CNY 100 per page. All fee reduction requests must be supported by documentation and will be verified by the editorial department.
13. Payment Instructions
(1) If an invoice is required, payment of the publication fee must be made by an institutional (corporate-to-corporate) transfer. Individual-to-corporate transfers are accepted when the invoice is not required. Regardless of the transfer method, authors should keep a screenshot of the transaction and contact the editorial department as soon as possible.

(2) Authors from Shenyang Aerospace University can process fee transfers directly through the university's financial system or by submitting a paper transfer slip within the university.

Authors should indicate "Publication Fee" in the transfer details, keep a screenshot of the transaction, and notify the editorial department.
If the payment is made by a bank transfer, please ensure that it is done via the corporate-to-corporate method (personal transfers cannot be used to issue invoices in the name of the university). In addition, please indicate "Publication Fee" in the purpose or remarks section of the transfer.
