Considering some deficiencies of theoretical and experimental research in the mechanical design, the application of virtual prototype is of great significance to the design and research of the angle fatigue tester.With the help of virtual prototype software ADAMS, the 3D prototype model of angle fatigue tester is derived, and kinematic pairs, constraint and load are added to the simulation model, and kinematics simulation of load part and a swing part is carried out.The angle-time curve, angular velocity-time curve and angular acceleration- time curve of angle fatigue tester are obtained, and the simulation results are analyzed.
