Bearing is the key components of aviation engine.The fatigue failure of aviation engine bearing often arises from the micro injury of motor elements, including wear, fatigue and spalling.Dynamic detection and alarm of micro injury signals can avoid the subsequent severe accidents effectively.Aimed at micro damage detection problem of the high-speed precision motion element, this paper uses the ANSYS model analysis and image recognition technology to explore the micro damage signal characteristics and identification methods of high-speed rotating parts like bearings.By setting different work conditions to study the micro images of the wear grain size in oil of high-speed motion elements, the paper carries out researches on the change of damage stress, by which the damage model is judged.
