This paper focuses on the rotor systems with different lengths of blades and stagger angles of 0°and 90°.Using finite element software, a three-dimensional finite element model with blades and the one with simplified quality-intensive blade are established respectively.The Campbell diagram is applied for their critical speed calculations which are compared.The results show that the two critical speed calculations are similar with a very small diffenrence.This simplified method is feasible.and is of great significance to the efficient calculation of the critical speed of the rotor system with blades.
