Test scheme and risk control of oil flow interruption

To improve the success rate of oil interruption tests for different types of engines, based on the GJB 241A-2010 standard and according to the working features of large and medium transport aircraft and fighter aircraft, the test scheme of simulating instantaneous oil flow interruption of engines with different bypass ratio was compared and studied. Due to differences in service conditions, airworthiness requirements, and judgment criteria, there were differences between the commissioning scheme and the assessment scheme of engines with different bypass ratios. According to the working modes of each system under typical faults such as failure to restore oil supply and engine surge in the oil interruption test, and combined with the potential risks in specific test scenarios, corresponding countermeasures are formulated to provide reference for different types of engines to carry out the oil flow interruption test.
