As the core area of northeast equipment manufacturing industry, the high-quality development of Liaoning Province is inseparable from the deep integration of industry, University and research, and the collaborative innovation of talents and industry is the basis of the deep integration of industry, University and research. At present, how to carry out collaborative innovation between talents and industry in Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry still lacks the analysis of the combination path of complex factors. With the help of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fs/qca) method, combined with the characteristics of Liaoning regional economy, this paper takes 31 equipment manufacturing enterprises in the first batch of substantive industry university research alliance published in Liaoning Province as the case study object, and explores the impact path of multiple factors on the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing talents and industrial collaborative innovation in Liaoning Province. The results show that: (1) financial support and r&d expenditure are the core and necessary conditions for high efficiency; (2) The economic level is an important and necessary condition, and the lack of university resources is a marginal condition; (3) There are two ways to achieve high results in the collaborative innovation of talents and industries: large r&d investment and sufficient financial support; High economic level, strong r&d investment and sufficient financial support; (4) There are also two ways to achieve non high results in the collaborative innovation of talents and industries. Finally, four suggestions are put forward to improve the collaborative innovation of talents and industries in Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry: create a good innovation environment; Establish a complete policy system; Increase financial support; Increase the proportion of r&d expenditure in enterprises.
