CThe cultural industry is closely related to the tourism industry. On the one hand, cultural industry promotes the rebirth and innovation of tourism industry and promotes its product connotation. On the other hand, the tourism industry provides a large number of consumer groups for the development of the cultural industry and opens up a huge market space. Based on the data of Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Statistics and Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Statistics, this paper uses the coupling evaluation model to evaluate the coupling situation and coordination type of Shenyang's cultural industry and tourism industry, and discusses the reasons that hinder the coupling development and overall development level of Shenyang's tourism industry and cultural industry. And according to the cultural industry and tourism industry in Shenyang, the paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to promote the high-level coupling development of cultural industry and tourism industry.
