Abstract
In order to study the effects of stator cascade performance and flow structure of blade stagger angle adjusting abnormally, 5 cascade passages were designed and the effects of stator cascade flow structure and performance of blade stagger angle adjusting different degrees were predicted in the stagger angle of the middle blade adjusting ±1°,±5°,and ±10° when the incidence angle was 0° and 5o by simulation. Results showed that at 0o incidence angle, when the stagger angle was adjusted small, the effects of cascade performance were small; when the stagger angle was adjusted big, the structure of cascade flow field was destroyed, and performance decreased seriously, but when the stagger angle was adjusted +5°, the total pressure loss decreased. Analysis shows that when the stagger angle is adjusted anticlockwise, the inlet flow angle varies regularly; when the stagger angle is adjusted clockwise, the inlet flow angle varies erratically, which is the main reason of the flow field structure destroyed. When inflow is positive incidence, counterclockwise adjusting stagger angle of blade improve the flow performance, while clockwise adjusting stagger angle strengthen the flow separation within a certain range. To further study the effects of stator cascade performance of blade stagger angle adjusting in different incidence angle will be the main direction of future study
