Abstract

Abstract: Aiming at the traditional assembling characteristics of aeroengine blades, combined with the advantages of industrial robots, a set of blade automatic assembly system platform based on tandem robot is designed, and the blade automatic assembly is realized in theory. Using finite element statics analysis on the typicai parts, the feasibility of the system platform is verified. Calculate the degree of freedom of the space of the manipulator and verify the motion certainty of the mechanism. The system provide a strong guarantee for improve the blade assembly quality, efficiency and shorten the production cycle.
