Abstract : Based on the actual situation of the aircraft ground hydraulic source development，and aiming at the specific requirements for hydraulic pipelines of the aircraft ground hydraulic pump source，this article outlines the hydraulic impact phenomena，and analyzes the pipe conduit and pipe joints leakage reasons under harsh working conditions. The improvements of hydraulic pipeline processing and assembling technology，compared to the previous technologies，can effectively inhibit the hydraulic oil leak，improve the reliability of the aircraft ground hydraulic pump source and protect the aircraft ground maintenance security.
