选择目的地备降机场是签派放行工作的一个重要环节。从备降的原因开始, 分析了备降机场最低天气标准的意义, 提出了可选备降机场的概念;通过对天气要素的分析, 对只选最近备降机场的安全可行性做出了说明, 提出了在不同天气条件下选择第二目的地备降机场的一般操作法则, 以期达到对航班安全和经济效益的提高。
The choice of the alternative airport of destination is an important part for a release dispatcher.This paper introduces the concept of eligible alternative airport by analysing the causes and minimum weather standard of alternative airport of destination.By the analysis of weather factors, it demonstrates the safety feasibility of the nearest alternative airport of destination, and proposes the general operational methods on how to choose the alternative airport under different weather conditions in order to improve the flight safety and increase the economic efficiency.
