摘要

飞机电缆线束在制造完成后, 除按照工程图纸目视检查外, 必须使用测试仪器/表对所有线路进行测试, 以排除未按照工程图纸正确装配, 以及电缆本身可能存在的缺陷等故障。本文从测试原理、适航要求等方面, 对各项目测试的参数进行了分析, 提出参数选择建议;同时结合实际情况, 对测试中发现的常见故障进行了归纳整理。

Abstract

All aircraft wire harnesses of should be tested by machines or instruments to ensure that they are assembled correctly and there are no weaknesses in wires in addition to the visual inspections.According to the testing principles and airworthiness requirements, this paper analyzes each testing parameters, and presents suggestions for parameters choices, and summarizes troubleshooting in testing.
