Experimental study on Extraction of protein from sewage sludge
摘要: 脱水污泥作为污水处理厂的最终产物,其成分复杂,主要包括蛋白质、多糖等有机物,还有各种重金属元素。本研究拟采用加碱、加热、超声波、EDTA等不同预处理方式提取污泥中含量最多的蛋白质,对比分析找出一种粗蛋白提取效率较高的方法,同时应用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)对提取物进行进一步分析,以验证提取后的污泥蛋白作为动物饲料的营养性和安全性。
Abstract: As the final product of the wastewater treatment plant, the sludge is complex, mainly including protein, polysaccharides and other organic matter, as well as a variety of heavy metals.In this study we use of different pretreatment methods of protein extraction from sludge such as alkali, heating, ultrasonic pretreatment and EDTA, analyse the result contrastively and find a method to extract crude protein in high efficiency.Meanwhile we use Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)for further analysis of the extract,in order to validate the nutrition and safety of the extracted sludge protein as animal feed.
