摘要

论述了褐煤的低温氧化过程,即氧化诱发期内氧在煤表面进行扩散、吸附,与煤中的活性基团反应放热,生成固体氧化产物的过程。介绍了褐煤中水分本身对煤的低温氧化具有促进和(或) 阻碍作用,含有关键水分的褐煤最容易发生低温氧化。褐煤干燥过程中水分的脱除导致孔结构的坍塌、含氧官能团的生成与(或)消除以及自由基浓度和种类的改变。褐煤水分本身与水分散失引起的物理化学结构的变化共同影响着褐煤的低温氧化行为。

Abstract

Introduce low-temperature oxidation of lignite, in which oxygen diffuses and adsorbs on coal surface and exothermal reactions between oxygen and active groups in coal occurs generating solid oxygenated products. Describe water itself in lignite play a catalytic and (or) inhibitory effects on coal oxidation at low temperature. Lignite at a critical moisture content range shows the most rapid oxidation. The removal of water during pre-drying leads to collapse of pore structure, formation and (or) elimination of oxygen-containing functional groups and variation of free radical concentration and species. The changes of physical and chemical structure caused by water itself and moisture loss of lignite have a combined effect on low-temperature oxidation behavior of lignite.
