美国联邦航空局(FAA)对FAR-25做出重大修正, 增加了由17条规定组成的H分部, 为Electrical Wiring Interconnection System(简称EWIS)电气线路互连系统做出明确要求, 新增FAR-26, 对持续适航和安全改进做出规定, 即以后的飞机设计都应满足新的EWIS适航要求。本文从新旧版本EWIS适航标准的对比、演变, 以及编制符合性验证计划和持续适航文件的角度, 分析了在EWIS设计中如何能够更好地满足适航要求。
There is a signifcant amendment on FAR-25 by FAA in 2007, H section which contains 17 rules was added to define the requirements for Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS), FAR-26 was released for continued airworthiness and safety.All new commercial aircraft should be designed according to the airworthiness for EWIS.This article analyzed methods to meet EWIS airworthiness requirements in design, by comparing EWIS requirements to old standards, preparing for compliance plan and continued airworthiness instructions.
