基于Vericut软件进行加工仿真验证, 在航空航天制造领域得到了广泛的应用。针对复杂零件尺寸精度要求高、加工工序长的特点, 结合PDM、UG/CAM、Vericut软件的应用, 提出了复杂零件的加工仿真系统方案, 改进了数控加工流程, 完善了干涉检查和程序优化, 打通了PDM、UG/CAM、Vericut软件之间的数据通道, 统筹配置加工仿真资源, 实现了工艺设计、加工仿真和加工验证的一体化管理。
Processing and simulating tests based on Vericut software are applied widely in the field of aerospace manufacturing.Aimed at the features of high precision and long manufacturing procedure of complex parts, and with the application of PDM, UG/CAM, Vericut, the paper presents a project of processing and simulating system, improves NC matching process, perfects the interference check and program optimization.Meanwhile, we knock through the data channel between PDM, UG/CAM and Vericut, planning allocating processing simulation material, and realizing the integrated management of process designing, processing simulation and testing.
