采用数值模拟方法, 研究了预混器分别采用轴向旋流器和径向旋流器时, 不同的旋流器叶片安装角度对预混燃烧的流场的影响, 并且对轴向旋流方式和径向旋流方式产生的流场进行对比。研究结果表明:对于径向旋流方式, 4种不同叶片安装角度中, 安装角度为60°时, 预混管内流体在边界层的流动速度较快, 有利于避免回火的发生。对于轴向旋流方式, 预混管内边界层的流动速度与旋流器叶片的安装角度成正比。轴向旋流方式与径向旋流方式相比, 径向旋流方式更有利于缩小燃烧室长度尺寸。这项研究对预混燃烧室的预混器的设计有着重要的参考借鉴意义。
The influence of swirler vane with different installation angle on the premixed combustion flow distribution of axial swirler and radial swirler is searched with a numerical simulation method. the paper compares the axial swirler flow distribution and radial swirler flow distribution. The research results indicate, for the radial swirler, when the angle of the vane installation is 60°, the mixture propagates velocity along boundary layers is faster than the other three vanes installation, which can avoid flashback. For the axial swirler, the flow rate along boundary layers is in proportion to the vane installation angle of swirler in premixer. The radial swirler is much more helpful for reducing the length and size of combustor than axial swirler. This study can give a significant reference for the design of a premixer in premixed combustor.
