摘要

传统的滤棒成型过程中存在热熔胶温度变化太大, 大量气泡会在胶水中产生, 并造成滤棒开爆等问题。为了提高滤棒的质量, 基于模糊-Smith控制提出了一种滤棒成型温度控制算法, 设计了模糊-Smith温度控制器。仿真实验表明了模糊-Smith控制算法的有效性, 能够提高滤棒成型系统中温度的控制精度, 系统具有良好的鲁棒性。

Abstract

The traditional filter rod maker tends to result in problems such as wide fluctuating of hot-melt adhesive's temperature, a lot of bubbles in the glue and filter rod opening burst.In order to improve the quality of filter rod, a new temperature control algorithm is presented based on fuzzy -Smith control, and fuzzy -Smith controller is designed.The simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the hot-melt adhesive's temperature control, which can improve static accuracy in filter rod temperature control system, and the system has good robustness.
