从风险的角度出发, 以制造业企业为研究对象, 以设备的失效后果分析为研究重点, 对企业的营业中断的风险进行了研究。其中设备的失效后果包括:设备停产、设备减产及其设备的其他失效模式, 如爆炸等。对企业面临的营业中断的损失风险进行了定量的研究。首先, 简述了制造业生产线的特点;然后, 应用拓扑网络关系图的原理, 建立生产线关系拓扑图、生产线子系统及其每个子系统中的设备功能关系图, 通过这些图来定量的分析——由设备失效模式的不同给整个生产线带来的损失, 即营业中断损失。最后对模型提出了进一步推广的考虑。

The study of the business interruption risk is carried out in this paper from risk angle with manufacturers as the object.It emphasizes the analysis of the equipment failure mode.The method of topology diagram is used to establish topology diagram of production line, the subsystem of production line and device feature diagram of each subsystems in order to do a quantitative study of manufacturers′ business interruption risk.Some factors about the mode have been considered to make a further study at the end of this paper.
