摘要

对某重型燃气轮机的燃烧室, 通过UG软件对实物进行三维建模, 运用Fluent软件对喷嘴结构以及在燃烧室内的燃油燃烧和污染物生成特性进行了三维计算及分析。采用了有限元速率和PDF燃烧模型、Realizablek-ε湍流模型、SIMPLE压力速度耦合和二阶迎风格式。在不同功率下对燃烧场、燃烧效率、径向出口温度品质、污染物NOx和CO排放进行了模拟计算, 计算结果与试验数据相符合, 为重型燃气轮机的设计和改进提供了理论依据。

Abstract

Through three-dimensional simulation of UG for a heavy-duty gas turbine combustor, three-dimensional calculation and analysis are carried out about the nozzle structure and the NOx emissions of combustion chamber by using the Fluent code.The finite element Rate and PDF combustion model, Realizable k-ε turbulence model, SIMPLE pressure-velocity coupling and two precision upwind difference format are adopted at the same time.Under the condition of different power, the flow field, combustion efficiency, radial outlet temperature quality, pollutants emissions of NOx and CO have been simulated and calculated.The results are in accordance with the experimental data, which provides the theoretical basis for heavy-duty gas turbine design and its improvement.
