Manufacturability geometric feature recognition method for beam parts

针对梁类零件可制造性审查过程中存在加工特征获取困难且自动化程度低等问题,对梁类零件的可制造性几何特征识别方法进行研究,进一步提高生产效率并降低成本。首先,对梁类零件制造几何特征进行分类,研究了布尔交集运算及面属性计算的识别方法,对制造几何特征进行识别;其次,介绍了梁类零件凹槽特征识别过程,提出了一种基于布尔交集运算的核心面关联算法,实现了凹槽精准识别。提出了偏移差距法来计算凹槽的最大深度,实现凹槽深径比的准确计算;最后,在CATIA中建立了面向梁类零件可制造性几何特征自动识别的原型系统,建立了可制造性几何特征检查模块,并通过实例测试,验证了所提出方法的可行性和高效性。

In order to further improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost,the manufacturability geometric feature recognition method of beam parts was studied to overcome the difficulty in obtaining machining features and improve the degree of automation in the manufacturability examination process of beam parts.Firstly,the manufacturing geometric features of beam parts were classified,and the recognition methods of Boolean intersection operation and surface attribute calculation were studied to identify the manufacturing geometric features.Secondly,the recognition process for groove features of beam parts was introduced,and a core surface association algorithm based on Boolean intersection operation was proposed to achieve precise recognition of groove.The offset gap method was proposed to accurately calculate the maximum depth and the depth to diameter ratio of grooves.Finally,a prototype system for automatic recognition of beam parts' manufacturability geometric features was established in CATIA,and a manufacturability geometric feature checking module was developed.The feasibility and efficiency of the proposed methods was verified by an example test.
