通过对国内目前“农超对接”供应链模式的分析, 找出了各种模式存在的问题以及制约“农超对接”发展的主要因素。运用PDCA循环理论, 对“农超对接”供应链模式进行优化设计, 得到以农业合作社为核心, 利用RFID技术实现“农超对接”供应链上成员的信息共享, 以中国邮政乡镇网点为基础的双向物流的“农超对接”模式。
In this paper, different “Farming-Supermarket link-up” supply chain models has been analyzed, and the problems of models and the key restraining factors have been presented.Applying the PDCA cycle theory, it optimizes and redesigns the supply chain model of Farming-Supermarket link-up, which is operated based on farm cooperation as its core, and it achieves information sharing between members in the supply chain by utilizing RFID technology.Also the designed link-up model will operate in two-way logistics on the basis of China Post township outlets, which will reduce the operation cost and enhance its efficiency.
