摘要

近些年来微型涡轮发动机已经成为国内外航空发动机领域的研究热点。其中气体轴承及其超高速转子系统动力学问题是微型涡轮发动机的关键技术之一。为了解决微型涡轮发动机的转子结构设计及临界转速确定的基础性问题,本文开展了相关研究。首先阐述了气体轴承的工作原理,轴承承载力以及等效刚度的计算方法,其次计算了气体轴承-转子系统的临界转速和振型,最后分析了气体轴承参数对转子临界转速的影响,并得出了相关结论,对微型发动机超高速转子系统设计具有重要的指导意义和参考价值。

Abstract

Recent years,micro turbine engine has been a hot research center in the world.For micro turbine engine, the gas bearing and high speed rotor dynamics is one of the key technologies.To solve the question of rotor structure design and crital speed,this paper conducted Relevant studies .First, the mechanism of gas bearing was intruduced,and the equivalent stiffness was calculated.Then a Jeffcott rotor mounted on the gas bearings was established, and the critical speed was calculated. It is found that the critical speed is obviously influenced by gas bearing’s parameters including eccentricity, length and clearance. The conclusions derived in this paper would have an important value for the micro turbine engine rotordynamics design.
