摘要

拉形机钳口轨迹是决定飞机蒙皮拉形质量优劣的关键因素之一,蒙皮拉形前,在有限元仿真软件上对拉形过程进行模拟仿真是必不可少的步骤,所以,简化仿真过程中的参数设置、快速调整与优化轨迹参数显得尤为重要。结合ANSYS有限元仿真软件,用参数化脚本语言Tcl/Tk对其进行二次开发,建立蒙皮拉形钳口轨迹优化系统的ANSYS模块。模块为蒙皮拉形钳口轨迹快速调整与优化缩短了模拟仿真的时间,并为实际生产提供依据,降低了产品研制成本,提高了飞机蒙皮拉伸成形质量和生产效率。

Abstract

Loading trajectory of stretch forming machine is one of the key factors which decide the quality of aircraft skin stretch forming, and it’s an essential step to simulate the stretch forming process on the finite element simulation software before actual production. So, it’s important to optimize loading trajectory rapidly and simplify parameter setting of stretch forming while stretch forming simulation of aircraft skin. Combining with ANSYS software, the ANSYS module of loading trajectory optimization system in stretch wrap forming process for aircraft skin, using the TCL\TK scripting language, is constructed. This module economizes the simulation process for stretch forming of aircraft skin, which will provide a reference for actual production faster and reduce the cost of product development. In addition, it’s helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of aircraft skin stretch forming.
