摘要

为了探索热环境对形状记忆合金悬臂梁动力学特性的影响,在不同温度下对悬臂梁试件进行了动力学特性试验。对不同温度环境下系统的频率响应函数、固有频率、模态阻尼比均进行了对比分析。结果表明形状记忆合金悬臂梁在不同温度环境下,频率响应函数波峰所在频率、各阶固有频率均发生明显、规律的变化,模态阻尼比在同阶固有频率下的变化也很显然。结果证明热环境对形状记忆合金悬臂梁的诸如频率响应函数、固有频率、模态阻尼比等动力学特性影响显著。

Abstract

In order to explore how the thermal environment influenced on dynamic characteristics of the shape memory alloy cantilever, a test about dynamic characteristics were done to the shape memory alloy cantilever at different thermal environments. Frequency response function, natural frequency, modal damping ratio of the system at different thermal environments were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the peak points frequencies of frequency response functions and the natural frequencies at different thermal environments changed obviously and regularly. And the modal damping ratios also changed in certain natural frequencies. This results proved that the thermal environment have a significant influence on dynamic characteristics of a shape memory alloy cantilever, such as frequency response functions, natural frequencies and modal damping ratio.
