C0-type Reddy beam theory considering transverse normal thermal strain
通过考虑横法向热变形和自由表面的条件,本文建议了C0型Reddy层合梁理论。虽然考虑了横法向热应变,没有增加额外的位移变量。而且,此位移场不含有横向位移的一阶导数,方便构造多节点高阶单元。基于虚功方程推导出复合材料层合梁的平衡方程,并分析简支复合材料层合/夹层梁的热膨胀问题。数值结果表明,本文建立的模型能准确的分析复合材料层合/夹层梁的热膨胀问题。而忽略横法向热应变的理论分析热膨胀问题误差较大。
C0-type Reddy theory for laminated composite beams is proposed by considering the transverse normal thermal deformation in transverse displacement and the free surface conditions. Although transverse normal strain is taken into account, additional displacement variables are not increased. Moreover, the first derivatives of transverse displacement have been taken out from the in-plane displacement fields, so that it is convenient to construct higher-order element. By means of the principle of virtual work equation, the equations of equilibrium for laminated composite beams are analyzed, and the thermal expansion problems of laminated composite beams and sandwich beams are to be studied. Numerical results show that C0-type Reddy beam theory can accurately analyze the thermal expansion problems of laminated composite structures. However, the models neglecting transverse normal strain are less accurate.
