Analysis of parameters choices and results of wire harness testing

Abstract

All aircraft wire harnesses of should be tested by machines or instruments to ensure that they are assembled correctly and there are no weaknesses in wires in addition to the visual inspections.According to the testing principles and airworthiness requirements, this paper analyzes each testing parameters, and presents suggestions for parameters choices, and summarizes troubleshooting in testing.
