Abstract

There were many problems waiting to be solved in the management process of previous aeroengine end product,such as indistinct division of tasks,incomplete requirements in the agreement,difficulties in the host unit supervising the progress and technical state,direct trials of the initial product without required testings,token effort into the analysis of the reliability,excessive faults in engines,etc.The scientific research management of aeroengine end products,using system principle and management methods of systems engineering,comprehensive planning,product developing integration,and risk management,focuses on solving all those existing problems by enhancing the trial examination in the process of research and development.Finding the faults as early as possible in research units will ensure the quality of the engine end products.
