Aiming at the requirements on the reed switch used in aircraft fuel automatic control system under specific environmental stress condition,this article outlines the working principle and the functional performance characteristics of the reed switch,and analyses the causes and modes of faults under harsh working conditions.This filtering experiment,with the improved secondary screening test methods,can detect the fault or hidden faults of the reed switch more effectively and improve the reliability of aircraft components and the entire fuel automatic control system to ensure aircraft fuel automatic supply function,which improves the whole aircraft safety performance.
