针对航空发动机装配工艺过程、工装设计工艺过程及发动机盘类转子部件的共性,结合机器人理论,将串并联机构应用到航空发动机构型中,研究并设计一个适合不同类型不同型号航空发动机的柔性工装构型。详细介绍了其基本原理及设计关键技术,并用有限元方法进行静力学验证其可行性。对航空发动机数字化装配的实现和生产效率的提高进行了探索。
Based on the aero-engine assembly technical process,assembly tooling design process,and the theory of discoid rotors,this paper studies and designs a configuration of flexible assembly tooling for aero-engines of different types and models by the application of the serial-parallel manipulator.The basic principle and key design technology are presented in details.Finally the finite element method is used to prove its feasibility in terms of statics.This study has the outstanding theoretical significance for the aero-engine numeral assembly and the improvement of manufacture efficiency.
