摘要

单机寿命管理可以对单架飞机疲劳损伤进行定期的计算分析,确定飞机的当量飞行小时数和剩余寿命。按照单机实际损伤,对飞机检查、大修、退役时间及修理方案的适当调整,可有效的保证飞机使用安全,减少维修成本,最大限度的发挥飞机的使用潜力。

Abstract

IALM(Individual aircraft life management) is commonly applied to the individual aircraft for periodic analysis of fatigue damage,to calculate its equivalent flight hour and its rest service life.The plans for routine checking,general repairing,retiring and mending should be adjusted according to the actual damage of aircraft,so as to ensure the aircraft safe operation,reduce the maintenance cost and maximize the aircraft′s potential.
