摘要

为了解决以往型号发动机配套成品研制过程中存在的工作界面不清、成品技术协议要求不全面、主机单位难于进度监控和技术状态管理、首件成品不做相应规范要求的规定试验就直接交付装机试车、可靠性等工作只做表面文章、成品在发动机上暴露故障率高等问题,在研发动机配套成品科研管理结合系统性原理理念,应用系统工程方法、综合计划展开法、一体化产品研制方法、风险管理等管理方法,注重解决以往型号发动机配套成品研制存在的问题,加强成品研制过程的试验考核,将成品故障在承研单位提前暴露并解决,保证了在研发动机按研制计划的顺利进行。

Abstract

There were many problems waiting to be solved in the management process of previous aeroengine end product,such as indistinct division of tasks,incomplete requirements in the agreement,difficulties in the host unit supervising the progress and technical state,direct trials of the initial product without required testings,token effort into the analysis of the reliability,excessive faults in engines,etc.The scientific research management of aeroengine end products,using system principle and management methods of systems engineering,comprehensive planning,product developing integration,and risk management,focuses on solving all those existing problems by enhancing the trial examination in the process of research and development.Finding the faults as early as possible in research units will ensure the quality of the engine end products.
