摘要

MILD燃烧具有高效超低污染排放的燃烧特性。在燃气轮机典型工况下, 通过改变喷油量控制燃烧当量比, 模拟变负荷对MILD燃烧性能的影响。结果表明, 保持空气质流量和流量分配稳定并使高温燃气循环率Kv大于3.3, 是实现MILD燃烧机制的重要条件之一。较大当量比具有较高的燃油喷射动量, 也是实现MILD燃烧机制的重要条件之一。计算结果与相似条件下的MILD燃烧室试验结果相符合, 对新型燃气轮机设计具有参考价值。

Abstract

MILD combustion has characteristics of high efficiency and ultra-low emissions.Under thetypical gas turbine operating conditions, theinfluence of varying load on MILD combustion was simulated in thispaperby changing the fuel injection quantity to control the equivalence ratio.The results show thatthe stable quality and distributionof the airflowwith hot gas circulation rate Kvgreater than 3.3, and greater Equivalence ratio with higher fuel injection momentumsare both essential to achieve MILD combustion.factor.The calculation result, whichis consistent with that of MILD combustion testingunder the similar conditions, has reference value to new type of gas turbines design.
